Vintage Cartier 18K Yellow Gold 22mm Panthere Watch With Double Row Diamonds

Ladies 22mm Cartier Panthere 18K yellow gold and double diamond bezel watch.  The watch has an off white Roman numeral dial with signature Cartier blue hands, and a diamond crown.  The case and bracelet are solid 18k yellow gold, and the diamonds are beautiful round brilliant cuts.  The bracelet has a deployent clasp.
