Shipping

Shipping Policies and Information:
Your item will be delivered by UPS or FedEx. When your package is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Current shipping times:
Charles Schwartz will ship all orders within three days of receipt.

Shipping Address:
We are currently only shipping to the billing address from our online store. If you need to alter the shipping address to be different from the billing address, please call our store to make arrangements.

Insurance and Signature:
All packages are sent fully insured and require a signature.

International Buyers:
We are not currently shipping to international addresses from our online store. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us to make arrangments.

Exchanges and Returns

Try your new jewelry on in the comfort of your home. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact Charles Schwartz by phone or email within three days of receiving your purchase.

Items must be returned in the condition received.  Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

All return shipping fees and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You may also return or exchange your purchase in-store.
