Handcrafted in Italy by Mariani Gioielli this stunning Sapphire and Diamond 18k white and blue gold circle stud earrings.  The earrings have .20 carats in round brilliant Diamonds in the center, surrounded by 1.28 carats in round faceted Sapphires.  The Diamond is set 18k white gold, with the Sapphires being set in 18k blue rhodium coated gold, and a post back.
